LANSING - Police suspect the same man is responsible for five recent armed robberies in the Lansing area. The latest robberies occurred Tuesday night. At about 9:30 P.M. the Sav-More Party Store in the 800 block of W. Miller Road was held up by a gunman wearing a Halloween mask. At 11:55 P.M. Cirillas's Adult Store in the 3200 block of W. Saginaw Street was robbed by a man with a gun, wearing what was described as a translucent face mask. No one was hurt in either incident.

Lansing police say the description is similar to two robberies that took place Monday night-- one at a Citgo gas station on Cedar Street and another at a Sunoco gas station on Larch Street. Police suspect the thief is the same man who robbed the Clark gas station in the 1500 block of W. Mt. Hope Road August 13th.

Police have released a surveillance picture from Monday's robbery of a Sunoco gas station. The gunman is seen to be wearing the Halloween mask, and a distinctive red, black and white jacket.
