LANSING - The mother of a man shot near a south Lansing shopping plaza says her son has died. Family members identify him as 23-year-old Michael Adams. He was shot around 3 o'clock in the parking lot of the Pleasant Grove Plaza, near the intersection of Pleasant Grove and Holmes roads.
The gunman is still on the loose. Police say they are looking for a dark, green, older model, Dodge Durango.
