A 47-year-old Lansing man has been formally charged after a robbery at a PNC Bank more than a week ago.
Darryl Sephus Smith is charged with bank robbery, a felony. He is a habitual offender, according to police. This would be his fourth offense.
Lansing Police contend Smith robbed threatened a gun and made off with some cash Tuesday, Mar. 4 at the PNC in the 1700 block of W. Mt. Hope.
He faces a $75,000 cash/surety bond.
His pre-exam conference in 54-A District Court is scheduled for Monday, Mar. 24. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Friday, Mar. 28.
