Campus Police at Michigan State University are seeking charges, in a credit card fraud case, involving people who ordered Rose Bowl merchandise.
It happened on December 17th at the Michigan State University Campus Bookstore located in the International Center.
Two victims said they called the MSU Bookstore to order Rose Bowl apparel and became suspicious when they noticed discrepancies with their orders. Both victims checked their online bank statements and noticed fraudulent charges made to their credit cards.
MSU Police are asking anyone that placed a phone order using a credit card between the dates of Dec.12th - 27th, to check their credit card statements to figure out if there are fraudulent charges. If you believe you may be a victim, call police at (517) 355-2221.
MSU police have talked to several suspects and are seeking warrants for their arrest through the Ingham County Prosecutors Office.
