A new program from the Michigan State Housing Development Authority is helping homeowners with the down payment for their next home.
'MI Next Home' was unveiled, Monday, in Lansing. The first ever program will provide qualified homeowners with up to $7,500, or four percent of a home purchase price, in down payment assistance.
The loans are designed to give momentum to Michigan's recovering housing market.
Do you apply for this program? At 5, Anthony Sabella tells us why you probably have a better chance than you think.
