LEROY TWP - Two people are in critical but stable condition after a morning accident in eastern Ingham County.
Police tell News 10 an elderly couple driving on Noble Street pulled out in front of an oncoming semi truck, and were hit by it.
The accident happened at 8:57 a.m. and closed M-52. It is expected to reopen shortly.
Both people were hurt; the woman was pinned in and then airlifted to a hospital.
The semi driver was not hurt.
