The Lansing School District and the union representing its teachers have reached a tentative contract.
Bob Kolt, the spokesperson for the district, has confirmed with News 10 a new tentative contract has been reached and will be voted on early next week.
Details of the contract are not being released. We will continue to follow this story and update it as soon as more information becomes available.
The tentative agreement comes less than two weeks before Michigan's new Right to Work law is to take effect.
