Preparations are underway for the "Lansing Remembers 9/11" program, where the city's first responders will come together to commemorate the 11th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
A piece of the World Trade Center has rested in Wentworth Park in downtown Lansing for 10 years. Watch the video for more on the monument's significance.
The program will start at 8:30 a.m. Anyone is invited to attend.
