Lansing Man Arraigned on Multiple Charges in Shooting

Melvin Martel Taylor has been arraigned on 11 charges, including assault with attempt to murder, after a pair of shootings in Lansing last week.
Police aren't giving many details, but say the 21-year-old man shot at an occupied home on the 800 block of Riverview Avenue twice last week.

The charges he faces are:
-Count 1: Conspiracy to commit assault with intent to Murder (Felony)
-Count 2: Assault with intent to Murder (Felony)
-Count 3: Weapons - Carrying Concealed (Felony)
-Count 4: Weapons - Firearms - Possession by Felon (Felony)
-Count 5: Weapons - Firearms - Discharge in or at a building (Felony)
-Count 6: Weapons - Felony Firearms (Felony)
-Count 7: Weapons - Firearms - Possession by Felon (Felony)
-Count 8: Firearms - Discharge in or at a building (Felony)
-Count 9: Conspiracy to commit weapons - firearms - Discharge in or at a Building (Felony)
-Count 10: Weapons - Carrying Concealed (Felony)
-Count 11: Weapons - Felony Firearms (Felony)
