Lansing firefighters are trying to figure out what caused a fire at the New Testament Assemblies Church tonight.
They were called to on the 100 block of Astor Avenue around 5:30 pm.
The fire was in the attic, which made it harder for crews to find.
It caused heavy damage to the church -- most of the inside is black right now.
Nobody was inside when it started and nobody was hurt.
