A father in Jackson is facing charges in the death of his son.
Michael Young was arraigned on murder and child abuse charges Wednesday and could get life in prison if convicted.
Police say he put his four-month old son, Michael Jr., in hot bath water last week, which cause burns to the child's legs and backside.
The boy died Monday from complications related to those burns.
