The Department of Corrections tells wilx.com 20-year-old Marc Leverette, who's serving time for murder, tried breaking out of the Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility. He climbed the interior fence, which triggered a motion detector. An officer patrolling nearby spotted him and restrained him.
