High School Students Volunteer at "Work-a-thon"

By  |

Students at Lansing Catholic High School will hit the streets today, volunteering in the community. It's the 10th annual Work-a-thon at the high school. It's not just students who will give back today. Parents and staff members are also heading out to volunteer. They'll go to non-profits around the Mid-Michigan area to help out. The event is a tradition at Lansing Catholic. More than 20 non-profits will benefit from today's event, including Volunteers of America, a number of gardens in the area and churches that need a helping hand.
