The Junior League of Lansing and the Westside YMCA is hosting a healthy kids day today!
Participants will have the opportunity to take advantage of a number of health and fitness activities, enjoy the chance to work with nutritionists assembling four healthy snacks and learn how to plant their own food.
The event is free and open to the public, it begins today at 3:30 PM.
