In need of a professional head shot, but worried about the cost?

Now you can get one without breaking the break, all while helping a worthy cause.

Lansing photographer Michael McPeak teamed up with the Young Professional Alzheimer's Advocates or Lansing, or Y-PAAL, to raise money in the fight against the disease.

Y-PAAL suggests donating $50, nearly the half the price of a professional head shot, though they encourage all donations to help raise awareness and break common misconceptions about the disease.

"The mission for YPAAL is to raise awareness and education for alzhiemers, but also to focus on the younger generation and get the message out there that alzhiemers is not just an old people disease," Julie Holton, Y-PAAL Co-chari.

Y-PAAL plans to hold another session of the 'Head shots for Hope' fundraiser next Saturday at the Old Town Medical Arts Building from 9:30am - 3:30pm.
