Cleanup from an oil spill in Jackson is expected to continue today.
800 gallons of motor oil and hydraulic fluid have already been recovered from the Grand River.
Jackson city officials learned about the spill Sunday night---- and have been working ever since to pull the oil from the river.
The river is closed to the public at Lions Park on Blackstone--- to Maple Grove.
The Department of Environmental Qquality and city officials are checking to see where the oil might have come from-----
The federal Environmental Protection Agency is also assisting city and state officials with the investigation.
They say they're not sure exactly how much oil remains in the river.
