Michigan Governor Rick Snyder signed the finished 2015 state budget at the Capitol, Tuesday.
In the Education portion of the budget, it includes $177 million to go towards per pupil funding. That amounts to an increase of $50-$175 per pupil for each district. However, an increase in equity payments per pupil could take a chunk of that out.
News 10's Anthony Sabella spoke with some local districts about the increase and what it means for them. He'll have that story at 5.
