There's good news for the nearly 2 million college graduates entering the job market this spring.
According to a new survey from Challenger, Gray and Christmas, a leading employment consulting firm, two out of three employers are planning to hire new grads.
And starting salaries for those grads are up 1-point-2 percent from a year ago.
The survey was conducted among 100 human resources professionals,, and also found that most companies' entry level recruits were hired through internship programs.
