"When I saw the video, everything I thought about it, I started crying," Cassidy said.
New video tonight shows an eight-year-old girl get hit by a car during a police chase. Cassidy Wall was riding her scooter outside her home in Pennsylvania when the driver crashed into a parked car, which in turn collided with her.
Cassidy got a concussion, but was able to walk away. She now says she's scared of cars.
"When I saw the video, everything I thought about it, I started crying," Cassidy said. "It hurt my feelings, and I didn't like what I saw."
Cassidy's five-year-old sister was on the steps and just barely got out of the way. The 18-year-old driver is charged with "aggravated assault by vehicle" and attempting to elude police.
