GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Grand Rapids Police arrested a man they tell WOOD-TV is a suspect in the shooting death of MSU student, Dominique Nolff, 20, of Middleville.
Nolff was killed January 31 at the Cedar Village Apartments.
WOOD-TV reports, Tuesday night, Grand Rapids police surrounded a house on Temple Street SE, near the intersection of Hall Street and Eastern Avenue, and were using a megaphone to try to talk to whoever was inside. Temple Street was shut down between Butler and Marshall avenues.
He surrendered around 8:30. He was identified by police as 19-year-old Marqua McCoy.
The homicide at Cedar Village Apartments near MSU also injured Nolff's roommate Corbin Holwerda, also 20, of Grand Haven. He was taken to the hospital and later released.
