Two Republican staffers were caught using spyglasses to record conversations with Lisa Brown, a democratic candidate for Lieutenant Governor, and others at a fundraising event last month.
It's the third time the Schauer-Brown campaign has accused Republicans of unethical infiltration.
The Schauer campaign says Gov. Rick Snyder's campaign has also used a staffer to pose as a CNN reporter and tried to sign an intern up as a democratic volunteer.
