GM Workers Honored for Quality Craftsmanship

By  |

Some of the best-made cars in the country are made right here in Lansing and today workers were recognized for it.

LAFCU gave appreciation awards to the men and women who work at the Lansing grand river plant.

That's where the Cadillac ATS is made. The 2013 North American car of the year.

It's a huge honor for the workers and a testament to all their hard work.

Our industry has come roaring back and frankly the grand river plant in Lansing has been leading the charge on quality.

Never get tired of hearing how well the membership is doing, putting out world class vehicles. We're very happy with it. Just a great honor to be honored. Lots of awards. Just keep bringing them.

Just this week General Motors passed Toyota in the JD Power and Associates quality study with all of its brands performing better than the industry average.
