The General Motors Delta Township Assembly Plant may be in line for a $37 million expansion.

According to the offices of Lansing Mayor Virg Bernero and Delta Township Supervisor Ken Fletcher, GM will seek a Public Act 198 economic incentive from the City of Lansing to make the investment possible.

The Lansing Economic Area Partnership (LEAP) is working with GM on the application, which will be given to the Lansing City Council at its regular meeting on Monday, July 28.

News 10's Anthony Sabella will have the full story, tonight, at four and six.
