YPSILANTI, Mich. (AP) -- Eastern Michigan University is expecting its largest number of graduates during upcoming commencement ceremonies.
More than 2,370 students have submitted applications to graduate Sunday at one of the Ypsilanti school's two ceremonies. Final numbers will be known sometime in May.
The school says a record 2,354 students graduated last year.
Eastern Michigan reported its largest incoming undergraduate class last fall when 5,076 students enrolled. The previous high enrollment number was 4,751 in 2001.
Last fall's freshman class totaled 2,595 students.
