Two East Lansing students have been suspended for hacking into the district's computer system.
Police and a cyber-security team are investigating what they were doing, and how often the transgressions occurred. The students got into a program that gives parents access to their kids' grades and assignments. The program has since been shut down. When it's back up and running, new accounts will need to be created.
The two students could still face criminal charges.
