ALBION - Police say they will finally be charging the man they say shot and killed two men in an Albion Park more than three years ago. On Friday Albion Public Safety announced that warrants have been issued for Thomas Lee-Everett Parks, 41, for the murders for Ryan Erwin and Henry Williams, both of Battle Creek. The two were shot to death in Albion's Holland Park on July 26, 2009. Police say Paris, from Highland Park, was a suspect since the beginning. Paris is already in the Wayne County jail in charges related to a shooting in Detroit last year. Albion police say it is unknown at this time when Paris will be brought back to Calhoun County to face the murder charges. If anyone has any additional information on this investigation please contact Det. Luis Tejada at 517-629-7824.
