A woman who runs a day care in her Eaton Rapids Township home is having her license temporarily suspended.
Today Judge Clinton Canady III lifted a restraining order, allowing the Michigan Department of Human Services to suspend Tina Hause's license.
Her case will now go before the Michigan Administrative Hearing System on Tuesday.
The DHS is seeking to revoke her license after a complaint last month, with a client claiming a young child was found wandering in the street.
