County Clerks Prepare to Issue Same-Sex Marriage Licenses

With the fate of Michigan's same-sex marriage ban in the hands of a federal judge, county clerks are preparing to marry same-sex couples if the ban is overturned.

Eaton County Clerk Diana Bosworth tells News 10 she is working with the county IT Department on the forms, so they will be ready to go as soon as necessary.
