Brutal Dog Abuse Case in Prosecutor's Hands

A brutal case of dog abuse is now in the hands of the prosecutor.

Ingham County Animal Control has submitted its report about the pit bull that was stabbed and hanged in Lansing earlier this month.

The prosecutor's office says it still needs to be reviewed and finalized before a decision about charges is made.
