Armed Robbery & Bomb Threat Suspect Arraigned

The man accused of making a bomb threat at the Mid-Michigan Physicians building during an armed robbery Wednesday makes an appearance in court Friday.

Federal court records show 38-year-old Gregory Bogomol of Fort Worth was arrested last week and faces a detention hearing Wednesday. The complaint identifies Bogomol as an instructor at Denton High School.

The man accused of making a bomb threat at the Mid-Michigan Physicians building during an armed robbery Wednesday makes an appearance in court Friday.

Gary Peterson was charged with Armed Robbery and False Report or threat of Bomb/Harmful Device. Peterson's bail was set at $150,000.
