Board of Canvassers to Consider Petition to Raise Minimum Wage

The State Board of Canvassers is meeting today at 10:30, to consider a petition filed by the group Raise Michigan to raise the minimum wage in Michigan to $10.10 per hour.

During the meeting, another group People Protecting Michigan Jobs is submitting a formal challenge that the Raise Michigan petition doesn't have enough valid signatures.
