Blunt Force Trama Cause of May Homicide

LANSING - Lansing police say a man found dead in downtown Lansing last May died due to blunt force trauma. Police announced Friday that following autopsy results, the death of Terry Todd Alber, 42, is considered a homicide.

When asked if there were any suspects, Lansing Police Captain Darrin Southworth said, "there are people of interest in the case that we've had since the beginning." No arrests have been made yet..

Terry Alber's body was found May 4th behind the businesses in the 400 block of North Larch Street.

Police say evidence is still being processed by the Michigan State Police crime lab and Lansing Police detectives continue to investigate this death.
