Nineteen-year-old Dishon Tyran Ambrose was arraigned Wednesday on charges stemming from the death of an MSU student.
Ambrose is accused of providing alcohol to the 18-year-old woman which investigators say caused her death.
Police were called to Hubbard Hall on March 19 by the woman's roommate after the victim was unresponsive. It was quickly determined that alcohol was a factor in her death.
Ambrose was picked up in San Antonio, Texas and returned to Michigan. He remains in jail on a $250,000 bond.
Marquez Dominique Cannon was arraigned on charges for the Hubbard Hall death back in June. He's also accused of supplying alcohol to the victim and criminal sexual conduct.
