The Michigan Department of Transportation confirms speed limits on three heavily traveled roads in the Lansing area have increased.
MDOT conducted studies and worked with local police to adjust the speeds on Cedar and Larch Streets, Grand River Ave. near the airport, and MLK Blvd. south of I-496. All have gone up 5 to 10 miles per hour.
News 10's Shannon Kantner is talking with MDOT and Lansing Police today about these changes and will have the full story on WILX at 6:00.
