Two accidents involving six cars on U.S. 127 North near I-496 close the highway for few hours Tuesday night.
We're told one person is being treated for minor injuries.
East Lansing police say that one driver fled the scene after the accidents.
The accidents happened near the construction zone where MDOT will be adding a third lane to 127 North between I-496 and the Saginaw-Grand River exit.
Police did say that the first night of the construction may have contributed to the crash.
