AT&T Lawsuit

If you're an AT&T subscriber, you should check your bill. The company has been accused of routinely overcharging its users.
A recently filed lawsuit claims that the company is overcharging for data use and adding phantom charges that happen when customers aren't using their devices.
This has been a problem for i-Phone and i-Pad customers.
Lawyers hired an independent computer firm to test how much they were billed by AT&T.
They found that the company overstated data usage by sometimes as much as 300 percent.
