ACLU Wants State To Recognize March Same-Sex Marriages

The ACLU wants Michigan to recognize the same-sex marriages performed in March, even if the states' gay marriage ban is reinstated.

The ACLU made their case before a Federal District Judge today.

State Attorneys argued the issue shouldn't be decided until there's a decision on the same-sex marriage ban.

The decision was struck down in March and 300 couples got married before a Judge issued a stay.
