A 19-year-old went unconscious after someone punched him in the head early Friday morning. Police say he's in critical condition, but he's expected to recover.
Witnesses say two groups of people started shouting profanity at each other around 1:15 a.m. Friday morning. That's when one college-aged man punched another man in the head at the corner of Durand Street and Albert Avenue in East Lansing.
Police say when they found the victim, he was bleeding from his ears and his mouth. They say alcohol was involved in the incident.
Police are still looking for two suspects, both are white men over six feet tall with medium builds.
