8th District Dems Meet in Lansing Tonight

The four democratic candidates hoping to replace retiring U.S. Rep. Mike Rogers (R-Howell) in the eighth district are participating in a candidate forum Tuesday night in downtown Lansing.

Kenneth Darga, Susan Grettenberger, Jeffrey Hank and Eric Schertzing will field questions from moderators and audience members. Republican candidates Mike Bishop and Tom McMillin will not be present.

The forum is at the Central United Methodist Church on 215 N. Capitol Ave. in Lansing. It is expected to last from 7:30-9:00 p.m.

The primary election is next Tuesday, Aug. 5.

News 10's Lorne Fultonberg will have more on the democratic candidates and where they stand on the issues tonight at 11.
