Your new "friend" on Facebook could actually be an undercover cop or federal agent.
Law enforcement agencies are now signing up for social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, and Myspace. They're going undercover to talk to suspects, and gain information.
The U.S. Justice Department says the practice is valuable to investigators, but civil libertarians are questioning how federal agents will be held accountable for what they do online.
