Federal investigators have completed a preliminary investigation into a
California man's claims that his Prius uncontrollably accelerated.
Last week James Sikes called police when he said his Prius went out of control on a San Diego highway.
This morning, federal investigators say while they are still reviewing the data, they are not able to duplicate the problem.
However, they also note that they don't see any evidence of a hoax and caution that there is still a lot more to consider.
