Lansing Teen Could Stand Trial for Shooting Foster Brother

A teenage boy could stand trial as an adult in the murder of his younger foster brother.

Ingham County prosecutors tell us 15-year-old Thomas Mack has been found competent to stand trial.

He's charged with killing 14-year-old Daniel Austin.

The shooting happened on April third on Hillsdale Street in Lansing.

Police say the boys got into an argument. They were alone in the house at the time.

Mack will be back in court July 30.
