Communities Declare Snow Emergencies
Howell and Adrian declare emergencies to clear streets for snow plows.

Howell and Adrian declared snow emergencies. The emergency means parking along streets in each community will be strictly limited to allow snow plows to clear the streets.
In Howell, the emergency was declared at 10AM on Tuesday and is expected to last through Thursday.
Vehicles are banned from parking on any residential street during the emergency.
In Adrian, the snow emergency begins at 4PM Tuesday and will be in effect until further notice.
Vehicles that are left parked on public streets and highways within the city limits six hours after a snow emergency has been declared are subject to immediate removal at the owner's expense.
