Students at Bay College in Escanaba are trying to break a world record. They're building what will be the world's largest skateboard.
The current record is about ten feet long. If completed, the Bay College skateboard will be 31 feet.
Students have been working on building a working replica of a skateboard since January.
They hope to get it done by early August so Guinness officials can judge the project at the U-P State Fair.
