Two men are charged with arson for a restaurant fire near Frandor.
Federal prosecutors say Hossam and Hahmed Helmy started the fire at "Lazeez" on Grand River Avenue last month.
Hossam Helmy is one of the owners according to the Ingham county health department.
Staff evacuated the building after an explosion on May 15.
One person had to be hospitalized.
The suspects will be back in court Wednesday.
The Detroit branch of the ATF is investigating.
