Mental Health Budget

Based on a recent proposal, Community Mental Health (C.M.H.) of Ingham, Eaton and Clinton Counties could cut $11 million over the past five years.

A recent proposal by the board of C.M.H. would cut $1.2 million off the $3.2 million deficit the organization is facing in 2003.

The cuts would make job cuts of 20, down significantly form the 100 estimated in September.

The board meets Aug. 14, and could except the changes.
