Duckett Attacker on Bond

An Ionia County man accused of a racially motivated attack against Atlanta Falcons football player T.J. Duckett is being held on a quarter million dollars bond.

Twenty-one-year-old Robert Pung is pleading innocent in Ionia charges of ethnic intimidation and misdemeanor assault.

Duckett is a rookie running back with the Atlanta Falcons who played his college ball at Michigan State.

A second defendant in the cazse remains at large. Sheriff's deputies are looking for 23-year-old Harold Bodman. He's charged with ethnic intimidation and felony assault.

Duckett, who is black, told investigators that he was attacked July 23 by at least two white men after a rap concert at the Greater Ionia Fair.
