Bank Robbed in St. Johns
A bank robbery suspect is being sought in the St. Johns Area. he gave the teller a note saying he had a gun and wanted money.

ST. JOHNS - Police in St. Johns are on the hunt for a middle aged bank robber. At about 12:30 Thursday afternoon, a man described as being in his late 40's or early 50's walked into the Fifth Third bank on US 27. He gave a teller a note indicating he had a gun and wanted money. He left on foot with an envelope full of cash. A search has not produced the suspect. He's described as a clean-shaven white man, 6'1"-6'3" approximately 225-250 pounds. He was wearing a dark stocking hat, prescription glasses that tint in the sunlight, a black Carhardt-type jacket, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.
