Jackson authorities believe they have the man who was involved in an unsolved murder more than 20 years ago.
Investigators arrested 45-year-old Roderick McGuire in Muskegon Thursday morning. They say he aided and abetted the murder of James Crowley in January of 1980.
Crowley was returning home that day and was shot and killed after a struggle on his driveway. The suspects then fled.
A Cold Case Team, formed three months ago, went back over the details of the case. Authorities are not releasing much, but point to re-interviews as the missing pieces to the puzzle.
Roderick McGuire is being charged with armed robbery and felony murder. His brother Derrick McGuire was charged back then, but was acquitted by a jury. He was later shot and killed in Detroit.
