U.S. Congressman Mike Rogers (R) says this type of activity is despicable especially when it involves troops fighting and risking their lives for the war on terrorism abroad.
Despite the Democratic charges, Rogers insists the U.S. will find weapons of mass destruction.
He does admit, that it may take much more time and those weapons may have been transferred outside of Iraq.
